Consignment Policies

• Michael's Trains will take pre-owned items in on consignment.
• Michael's Trains will keep 35% of the price the item sold for.
• If the item is shipped, we will deduct the shipping cost before the commission.
• If the item sell on eBay we will deduct the eBay fees before the commission is calculated.
• All pre-owned items are displayed in our store after they were entered into our system (1-2 weeks).
• Michael's Trains reserves the right to issue up to 10% discount in order to close the sale. Discounts might be used during sales events or train shows.
• Michael's Trains will pay the consignee during the current month for the previous month. (i.e. April sales will be paid during May)
• If you want to pick up your remaining items we require you to make an appointment (usually 1-2 business days).
